Corporate attitude of some leaders is absolutely terrible, worrying more about signing up customers' emails that having a knowledgeable staff. Certain managers can't even recommend a bad of dogfood to customers but will get on your case if you're below 40% email signup rate.... ridiculous.

Taking care of the animals. Most of the co-workers are nice.

Most of the team is awesome. Some of the new management, not so much.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Care more about the customers. Make sure the staff is properly trained in selling and recommending the products sold in the stores. Loose some of the corporate attitude
