Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
$200+ per week for medical insurance for 5 people is outrageous. Ive never seen a company charge such an absurd price for basic medical services.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
In my store, the SL does things her way and has zero concern for the safety or wellbeing of her staff. She looks for minute reasons to get rid of people and makes the rest of the staff feel extremely uncomfortable and unappreciated.
