They make you work like a dog. You can hardly get any holidays off. You get shit pay. The management treat you like crap. You are just a robot to them. You are just a means to an end and rhey have no problems replacing you whatsoever.

By stop being a bully. She constantly belittles us.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was 10 years ago, and i worked with an amazing salon leader and store leader at the time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If we get more holidays off and our weekend hours are different. I hardly see my family as it is. I have to work all weekends and cant get any holidays off. Petsmart and especially my store are NOT family friendly
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Our salon manager is horrible. Shes a manipulator, she bullies us workers every day shes here. She makes us do stupid and silly things. Pushes us to do extra dogs when we dont feel comfortable grooming more due to not be safe.
