Everyone at my store has gone above and beyond i had previously worked at another pet smart and they where not the nicest and even where rude to my hiring manager i was afraid at first to begin after my previous experience with another store but everyone was so nice and i love my job and coworkers
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is so nice as well as its like having a work family there is not a single person i dont get along with or dont like
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Eveyone is always kind and willing to help at any time even if its in the salon I am never afraid to ask questions or ask for help
What makes you most happy at work?
When a pet parent asks me a grooming or fish related question. I work in the salon and as a cashier I have alot of experience working with all kinds of aquarium life and I enjoy giving the best advice i can so their pet can live comfortably and happy.
