Respecting peoples boundaries. Constantly harrassed and asked why i dont want to go to grooming school when i just want to be a bather.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Im constantly being told i either have to go to grooming school or i can quit. I've been told by coworkers that im one of the best bathers they've had. Why would they push me to the point where i would quit? I just dont see myself as a groomer. I love being a bather and wantbto keep it that way.
