I really like (almost) all my coworkers. For the most part they're a bunch of hardworking people
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
While I don't feel I'm vastly underpaid, After 3 years I do think I should be making more. The annual raise the hourly employees get doesn't really add up over time.
