Standardised requirements. Every coworker does things a little differently which leads to gaps in tasks accomplished.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Actually taking care of animals. Focus less on profit and more on quality care and education.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing animals get good homes. Customers who are engaged in leadning about the animals theu want. My team working together to take care of our animals.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More competitive pay. New employees are hired for more than I make with years experience. Raises are only pennies. I could make more starting at walmart tomorrow.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Any employees in the pet care department are resentful of the inadequate care of animals and education of customers. We're tired of selling animals to people who won't take care of them.
