Very thorough but relaxed, multiple interviews.

Medical benefits or financial benefits such as stock compensation.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Unfamiliar with the leadership team, however the multiple managers do a good job of leading our associates.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We could use more meetings, and the members of our petcare department need to be selected more carefully.
