It has it's ups and its downs. Working with my coworkers and customers has been fine, but working with management has been awful.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Human Resources. Company Focus. Communication with lower level employees.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's cheap and covers all major areas (Dental, vision, general, etc.)
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone knows how difficult the job can be and we bond over that.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Efficiency. If we communicate together more effectively and get a standard routine going it would help a lot.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I have WAY too much work to do and not even close to enough people, or time, to get it done efficiently.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was very open. It was very informative about the company and the specific location. I was able to freely discuss my intentions and goals.
