Overall, I do love my job very much. Despite that I don't think I or my coworkers are paid fairly, I do still love my job. Everything else about it is wonderful and I wouldn't give it up.

Most of my coworkers are brilliant and hardworking and friendly.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people I work with make the day very enjoyable.

I liked the personal questions that allowed me to open up, rather than feel rigid.
What makes you most happy at work?
My coworkers, and what I do. I like to work with the animals and care for them.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Compassion. They are understanding people and show sincere care for their workers, and personally get to know them, even from the highest levels.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like to be paid more than minimum wage. My role at Petsmart, while I absolutely love my job, is a very labored role. I know people working at fast food restaurants who get paid more than I do.
