While the individual workers at Petsmart were the most amazing people I'd ever met, the overall corporation has its flaws with compensation and rules.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone treats each other like they're family.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're all very friendly and caring.

They weren't very formal and kept me at ease for the most part.
What makes you most happy at work?
My coworkers are definitely what I look forward to and a few of my favorite customers every few months
What are some of the best things about your team?
They care about quality. They're friendly and funny and are honestly the only thing that kept me working there as long as I did
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I worked in grooming and everyone often was over hours and working on days they weren't scheduled. It's so mentally and physically exhausting and they do very well to avoid paying us overtime.
