Overall, my experience was pretty fair. The work was not too difficult, the customers were decent and the coworkers were fantastic. There needs to be more oversight with the general and district managers, however. My GM got away with a lot.

The interview was pretty straight to the point while still covering the bases.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing about the environment and culture was the coworkers. I enjoyed working with everyone.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Coworkers were the best part of this job. Besides my general manager, everyone was very supportive and helpful of each other.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management from my general manager was really the only thing I didn't like. HR and corporate were also not very useful when it came to employee complaints.
