
Seeing the animals. Especially the birds.
Getting to see animals is the only really positive thing.
I'd feel better valued if part-time was offered any kind of benefits. You can't be full-time unless you're a manager so everyone else gets nothing back.
The coworkers need to actually talk and discuss how to do things, so the other people don't get yelled at for "doing something wrong", when the rules were never clear in the first place.
The leadership team needs to be better understanding of mental health and physical health. I had lithium toxicity with doctors notes to account for my absences due to extreme sickness, and I still got warnings that I would get fired due to something out of my control.
