We strive on customer service and helping the pet parents find the best products for their fur babies.

We are friendly and respectful of each other. We all communicate well, work well together and appreciate one another.
What makes you most happy at work?
I look forward to working with my co workers and getting to see all the pets that come in and learning about them from their pet parents
What did you like most about the interview process?
My supervisor was friendly and made sure I understood everything that the job was going to require. He also wanted to know how comfortable I was with each of the animals we sell.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was hired at one rate and when I was offered a full time position with benefits after only 5 months I was not offered a raise. I feel like if I proved to be a good worker worth a full time position I should have been given a raise.
