What do you like best about the leadership team?
PetSmart's leadership is supportive in every aspect, motivates you to do your best work, and really makes you feel like you're part of the team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There are great benefits and several plans to choose from. I believe I am paid above industry standard and enjoy feeling compensated fairly for the work I put in.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Everyone was very thoughtful in their questions, had great answers to the questions I had for them, and they really look for people who share their passion for pets. They want people who truly care and want to help make an impact on the business and it shows.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone has a great attitude and is happy to be there, which is motivating in itself. I love the work we get to do and the fact that we help make the world a better place for pets and pet parents. There are good vibes all around at PetSmart.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The people who work at PetSmart are probably the best part about working here. We all share a passion for pets and truly work together as a team to further PetSmart's mission and help pets and pet parents. I consider my coworkers to be friends and am happy to go to work each day.
