A few coworkers have been very positive and have not given any issues

Hiring process is a joke, click through videos with no hands on training shown by leaders basically sets employees up to fail on purpose
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Favorites get to say and treat other employees however they see fit, higher ups mistreat employees and target certain employees for no reason or personal vendettas
