at my specific location the store manager is beyond rude disrespectful to customers and employees, talks down on some of us and favours the others that do everything she says in my view it does not look like the attitude you should have as a store manager being humiliated and talked down

Way better attitude, being understanding and polite as well as no favouritism

The acceptance although it was with a different store manager then the one we have now

Some workers my age are actual hard working people and good at their job and understanding and will help one another

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Managers disrespect is what’s wrong towards customers and their employers as well so much can be improved that I will not have the ability to name them all in this small amount of characters I’m limited
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Working this hours and doing what I do I believe I don’t get paid enough to deal with managers attitude disrespect in front of many customers and workers and putting aside physical and mental issues to make sure I don’t get fired in fear they will is something I shouldn’t need to worry
