I feel the company is considering profit over the actual associate, customer, and pets. Labor cost is always a sticky point with departments and we are struggling to keep a float and get everything done that is needed for the safety of the associate and pet.

I enjoy connecting with the pet parent and their pets.

I enjoy most of my coworkers and love to be with the animals.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like I am overpriced dog walker and pooper scooper in the hotel. I am supposed to be supporting my hotel team with operation excellent.
