The drive and enthusiasm. No one seems to care and it shows. No one wants to work as a team to get things done effectively.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel as though I have been doing another job on top of mine and the amount of work I do versus the pay is just unfair. No adult can live off of a pay that PetSmart offers. $.04 a year is NOT a raise. It's a joke.
