They gaslite employees, and abuse a mentally handicap girl. They make us feel bad if we get bit by an animal and would like to see a doctor as they don't want to file incident reports. They treat their employees like absolute garbage.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was just a normal interview. The people who interviewed me left shortly after anyway because the company is trash.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The store manager is scared of all animals except dogs. He looked me dead in the eyes and said "hamsters are just dollar signs to me".
What are some of the best things about your team?
My co-workers are the only good thing about the team because they're not management and thus haven't been brainwashed into working for a CEO instead of the animals.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Customers can see the store moral greatly decreasing as most of the team has just up and left without even putting in their two weeks. Because all of them are overworked, underpaid, and are working for management who abuses them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Instead of giving us bonuses they give us pizza parties!!... Oh wait that's not positive at all. Give us more pay or any bonuses at all. Management doesn't do shit, they don't deserve a bonus. We break our backs every single day and maybe get a pizza party twice a year.
