What is the best part about your compensation package?
An excellent health insurance that includes psychologist and nutritionist, a voucher to buy books or courses that can be used every month, an extra to help on home office expenses.

Many of the benefits are very very useful to me and my family (e.g. babysitter aid, health and dental plan...) but one that I really appreciate is the possibility of using the education aid`s monthly pre-approved limit to buy books, and not only to pay for courses.
