I believe that I am compensated competitively and have work-life balance compared to other orgs I have worked for. Wellness perks like quarterly wellness days, flexible working arrangements, and mental health classes are great.

People are treated like adults, pretty complete lack of micromanagement/things happening for stupid reasons, work/life balance is respected and encouraged.
