What do you like best about the leadership team?
Company leaders and decision making team took initiatives to introduce new concept and new TECH in e-Learning platform specially in Virtual classrooms (VILTs). We are working on IA, Voice recognition system etc.

The entire leadership team we have currently is very much realistic/kind and helpful to all of the workers and they are always available to listen grievances and any other issues from any of the staff member, there is no barrier between the employees and leadership team.

There are so many things, I would like to highlight few in here. 1) relaxation in working hours. 2) Good healthy and cleaned environment for work. 3) A facility "Work From Home". 4) Quarterly outing. 5) Annual family picnics. 6) Last but not least, There is no bad politics here.
