Been working here since Q2 and loving it.....The corporate culture in the marketing department is solid.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
In my role at RealPage, I don't have interaction with the Executive Leadership team outside of the CMO.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Lots of passion and inspiration. Majority of my coworkers look forward to coming to work every day.
What makes you most happy at work?
Solid leadership for the most part, direct feedback and communication and most people I work with actually "care about the business"
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The marketing team is very passionate and feels like family, while like most teams, there are some disruptors who bring happy people down.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interviewers like to "properly vet people" to help select the best candidates and doing so, they are amazing at weeding out the fakers....
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits are mostly fair. PTO is not accrued and "lose it or lose it" and I understand the companies approach, despite that it could use improving.
