We truly support each other and share joy in each other's successes.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I can use downtime to study the supplemental materials for personal/professional development and learn new skillsets.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership at RealPage cares about employee comfort and camaraderie, seek out a variety of productive business lines, and are always willing to experiment.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Getting to shadow an employee and see several examples of their tasks live was very helpful when making a decision whether to accept the job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would prefer for our bonus eligibility to be based on the quantity and quality of our results and productivity, rather than the micro-managed minutiae of execution.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The casual atmosphere and feeling that all types and ages of people are not only welcome, but get along well and support each other. There is very little drama.
