The company has a hard time with communication as there are many different levels and red tape to cut through in order to actually speak to the higher ups, much less try to advance. The compensation is not enough to be considered a livable wage. Attendance policy is awful.

It was fairly short and I didn't have to meet with an entire team of people
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We do not pay a livable wage, and cost of living increases are mere fractions of what they should be and only serve to erase annual performance review wage increases that are earned fairly.
