Mercy Hospital: Lack of staffing increases problems. The administration does not communicate with hospital employees. It cuts the budget but does not discuss it with the departments, which hurts.
Mercy Hospital: Initiate direct communication with hospital employees. If hospital departments are measured on productivity, then administration must share their productivity objectively. Non-clinical administration should not outnumber clinical administration.
Dollar General: Better scheduling and better training
Aramsco: There is a disconnect between almost every department within the company. Inconsistent training and procedures. Top heavy with executives that have no interest in improving conditions for customer facing employees. This company aquires profitable small businesses and destroys them.
UPS: We used to have the best service, now not so much.

Kaiser Permanente: its great there is a great service there and the patients are very nice even though there, we take a little time they understand that we are trying our best to help them and meet there needs

SWCA: The learning curve is very fast at first. So many responsibilities to do simultaneously that it's easy to miss details. Appreciate the assistance working in groups. I believe the support within departments is very well designed. Onboarding employees, IT equipment, Finance, etc. all work smoothly.
SWCA: This would be a great place to work if it wasn't for the crushing workload. Management's biggest flaw is pushing the company to continue growing despite the obvious signs that we're struggling to keep up with the volume of work coming in.

Extra Space Storage: The job is not hard, but management make it overly complicated with all of the performance requirements. On the job training needs an overhaul, even after completing youre not prepare for basic requirements with Auction process and procedures. Very vague on policy and procedure as a whole!
Concentrix: IT's been a great 2 years. I moved from being a game-changer to being a Program Ready Trainer in less than a year. For the client my group supports we have a great bunch of game-changers who support each other. The company does fun things on site each month and ensures a fun work environment.

Concentrix: I started as an agent taking retention calls and in 11 years I have travelled to different countries, moved to different states, increased by compensation by 350% and truly love what I do. This is a great company where you can make things happen and they will happily help you get there!
Concentrix: Overall the experience has been fairly positive. There is definitely room for improvement. Sr Leadership is often vague in their feedback on work without providing examples of how to improve. There seems to be a lack of alignment between leadership on priorities and expectations.
