The ELT for their transparency, empathy & clear direction moving forward. Been in a tech company for over 20yrs, we have the best townhalls. Esp. Kristin Hays for her ability to inspire her team, most importantly her ability to listen and provide a collaborative environment for her direct reports.

Year-end break - since the entire company is closed, it's a great way to truly unwind from work and prepare for the year ahead.

transparency about performance reviews, titles and compensation accessibility and alignment with goal/objectives to measure
Review from Communications Dept
I do feel slightly under compensated for my role compared to the market value.
Review from Communications Dept
Salary may not be of market's .
Review from Communications Dept
As a female leader, I'm positive I'm on the low end of the salary scale compared to other male leaders. Being "in the salary band" would make me feel better. I put in endless hours and while my boss is appreciative, the workload never ever evens out.
Review from Communications Dept
I am paid below the market benchmark and not equivalent to my team members. What would make me feel better is a clear grading system with clear compensation for each grade and a market benchmark transparency

I could go on and on about the pros of my team. In short, my team is complete with talented, unique and fun individuals. They work hard and play hard. I am always learning something new from my leaders and my peers. My team is creative and inspiring. They're simply the best.

Overall, I think the people are the best part. They make the environment feel complete and full of energy.

Raises, mentors, career guidance for all - not just the golden child of the week.

GCCs must not be dished out the step motherly treatment - they need to be looked at as equal partners in Sabre's growth. Only then will there be mutual respect, and only if that happens will there be a conscious effort to develop and train the next crop of leaders (and existing ones) in each GCC.
Review from Communications Dept
Less micromanagement. 2-3 layers of people on any given project are redundant. No one can make a decision. Or if they do their manager overturns it and then their manager overturns that. Less groupthink. Multiple people on each project add no value. It doesn't take 6 people to make every decision.

There is a boys club in charge. Deny it, but there are many examples if you are truly willing to take a step back. Also, travel is a tough industry. If we could expedite recovery (we can't), I'd feel much more positive about our future, even with the growth strategies we're pursuing. Is it enough?
Review from Communications Dept
it's all about people. My manager makes it hard to enjoy working at Sabre. She is not supportive. I don't receive any appreciation. I don't receive a fair evaluation for my work. there is no career development plan for me. My manager doesn't support my passion or ambition. I am not learning at sabre
Review from Communications Dept
Nothing - it's work, but its a good environment
Review from Communications Dept
Too much damn work. I never get to take all of my PTO. The same 150 or so people are on every strategic project and carry the majority of the work. I crave work/life balance. I haven't experienced it in at least 8-10 years. Don't think it can be improved b/c we haven't been able to crack the nut.

Nothing... more lack of personal-motivation
