savers Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Employee discount is the only benefit I use.

I dont know the answer to this

Decent healthcare and PTO. Quarterly bonuses WERE helpful considering the wages.

Insurance was amazing, 401(k) match was also awesome

Having one at all. Vision & dental

Health insurance and our 401k

I can answer that once they kick in!!

Review from Product Dept

401K match (although they negate it if you do not stay 5 years)

Review from Product Dept

Bonus, Medical, Dental, Vision. All run well. Rarely have any issues at all with cigna.

Review from Operations Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Inclusivness and better hr better people services

Minimum wage since I started 2 and a half years ago. Raise based on performance

We work very hard for very little pay

Raising the pay for on site attendees

The company needs to pay us what we deserve not just cutting corners for their own benefit.

Review from Operations Dept

The place is not clean and totally underpaid. CEO makes more. If employees were paid like Goodwill that place would do so much.cleaner put together. Great stuff but the place is a mess always new employees. Minimum wage=employees thinking they are worthless. Pay more you will see them work

Management that does not penalize my allotted sick and leave time.

Because the head production manager treats us poorly, talks down to us; and even laughs at an employee when they are crying.

if they would contribute to my 401k that would be nice?

lack of incentives on and positive in-work motivation. Negative reinforcement used as main motivating strategy. Needs to be more incentives for workers to perform.

Review from Sales Dept

4 years no raise yet!

To be compensated better. More sales bonuses or better sales bonuses.

I was cross-trained in multiple parts of the store, and I was a Halloween Lead one year. My managers ignored my requests for help, treated me poorly, and often times I found myself running the front end with another seasoned co-worker. My compensation? One pin saying "I did a good job this week."
