I just hired on, and everyone has been so helpful and accommodating. Eager to help with any questions I have, and I have plenty, being the new kid. I've never felt so welcomed at any new job.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Every manager, from the CEO down to the lowest employee on the totem pole, has an open door policy. I don't have to go through 20 people to see the HR Manager. I just put in a request, or even if I see her on the floor, I just say, could I speak with you privately? I've never been turned down.
