Besides the micromanaging and the type of sarcastic cliquish getting away with if you don't do your job then we'll just make it uncomfortable to where you don't have a job and even being told by HR with my manager in the back for a disciplinary action never receiving the copy. Which I never signed
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Me showing up and getting 13 plus carts done alone and when my supervisors tell me we need four cards by 9:30 and being the one that can come in and get it done
What makes you most happy at work?
Completing the work doing what they ask of me even though I know it's more than what my job entails and not getting any help and showing them that I can do it and I did it alone
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I think the co-workers work fine with each other I think some co-workers maybe don't like the way other coworkers work because they don't cut corners again I feel the compensation is right but the honesty and integrity that we're supposed to go by is not
What did you like most about the interview process?
Asking what job I wanted recycler or head production and I said head production and all it's a hard job you got to open bags and sort them real quick and I said I can do it and I was taking that job from the acting manager
