Retail experience was perfect. They were knowledgable
I have observed how they treat their employees and I'm very impressed.
That they're all about teamwork and making us feel comfortable and doing whatever they can to keep us into help us.They're very dedicated
The female managers were good
Positive praise and constructive criticism
Employee discount is the only benefit I use.
I dont know the answer to this
Decent healthcare and PTO. Quarterly bonuses WERE helpful considering the wages.
Insurance was amazing, 401(k) match was also awesome
Having one at all. Vision & dental
My team is great, theyre the only thing i look forward to when coming in to work. Feel bad for them because theyre in the same boat as me.
Review from Operations Dept
We have been together for years. One member killed himself two weeks ago.work stress
They are hard working and friendly
The friendliness is the most important. Always willing to help in another area if needed.
They work hard, kind, respectful and have fun too
Most team members. And some customers who know you since you started, love the conversatikns
Review from Operations Dept
We have a diverse team and most got along. Only a few people were trouble makers
The hours are the only positive thing
People will say hi to you and will help you out if you ask
Again, it has to be friendliness and the ability to reach out and help in other areas as needed. Love all the different cultures and ages
It was fast and I was hired on the spot
I interviewed 12 years ago. The corporate cancer wasn't a factor back then. Now,if you have a pulse and can kind of walk they hire you knowing that it will fail. When it does the blame comes back to the people working in that department.
I interviewed 12 years ago when this was a good company to work for
Leadership is cooperative and receptive during the process. I felt like the interviewer was genuinely interested in me who's an applicant. She enthusiasticallt gave me a tour.
The manager was nice and personable. The new managers are better but don't have a connection with their workers
Helping others achieve thier goals. Lifting the teams spirit up. And teaching them an easier way to get the job done
Seeing the other employees when I walk in the door. And interacting during the day.
Being left alone to do my job to the best of my ability
Completing the work doing what they ask of me even though I know it's more than what my job entails and not getting any help and showing them that I can do it and I did it alone
Serving customers and helping coworkers when they need help
Knowing that my work is making an impact not only locally but globally! That's an awesome feeling
