Sustainability is embedded in everything we do — from our purpose to our operations and the technologies we deliver. Schneider Electric continues to be recognized globally, including being named the World’s Most Sustainable Company by TIME and Statista for the second consecutive year.
Through our Schneider Sustainability Impact (SSI) program, we deliver transparent, measurable results. By the end of 2025, we helped customers save and avoid over 862 million tonnes of CO? emissions, surpassing our original 800 million tonne target. We also advanced supply chain decarbonization, achieving over 50% emissions reduction across our top suppliers.
Looking ahead, our Impact 2030 roadmap builds on this momentum, focusing on electrification, digitalization, and innovation to accelerate decarbonization across buildings, homes, grids, data centers, and industries. Our long-term commitments remain unchanged: net-zero emissions across our value chain by 2050 and a 25% reduction by 2030.
Consistently recognized as a global sustainability leader, we’re advancing a future that is more inclusive, resilient, and sustainable — together.

We believe access to energy and digital opportunity is a basic human right. Through the Schneider Electric Foundation, we invest in education, entrepreneurship, and sustainable energy access in communities around the world. Our programs offer vocational training, support green innovation, and drive digital upskilling to help people build brighter, more resilient futures.
In North America alone, employees volunteered over 27,000 hours and contributed $9.3 million to more than 1,500 nonprofits last year. From mentoring STEM students to supporting local communities, employees choose causes close to their hearts — and our Dollars for Doers program amplifies that impact with a $25 donation for every hour they volunteer. New hires even start with $25 to give to a nonprofit they care about.
With team volunteer events, nonprofit grants, and strong foundation partnerships, we make it easy to turn purpose into action. Together, we’re building a better tomorrow.
