Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wouldnt say feel undervalued, just slightly underpaid for work being done. Higher salary I believe.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Cooperative and communicative. If there is any issue we jump on it together and sort it out.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Not every day is exciting as other days so making sure I keep cool head and get done what needs to be done.
