Sensyne Health is a UK clinical AI company which accelerates the research, discovery and development of new medicines. So far the experience has been very positive. Many of my previous employers have had very toxic environments that are very much "money first, employees after", however this experience has been very much the opposite.

Friendly and welcoming, with regular updates on the goings on for transparency which is really nice

When the project is seen to advance/the work is perceived by others as having progressed well
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The shares options are an incredible benefit, with how much the company has grown in this very difficult year I believe that these will become a brilliant investment both for my future as an individual, but also from the company to show the appreciation for its staff
