Improving efficiency, and planning and organising work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate the noble goal of delivering on healthcare. I also appreciate their willingness to pivot the business.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone in the company is prepared to go the extra mile, wants to do a good job to create a product that helps others. It's about more than the money.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that I've stepped up over the last year and have no indication this will be reflected in salary, as no one seems to be talking to me about my career at sensyne. Though I'd prefer a 4 day week over more money,
What are some of the best things about your team?
A complete lack of cynicism. Everyone wants to do a good job and feel they are an important part of getting a good job done. There's a lot of energy and enthusiasm for improvement. Everyone's been kind and supportive during some very high stress times.
