Our leadership team is diverse in gender, age, backgrounds with vision and mission in mind.

What makes you most happy at work?

Given the opportunity to run meaningful projects and opportunity to develop and progression in career.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Diverse cultures, genders, educational and experience backgrounds, inclusivity, friendliness and respect. Most colleagues have fantastic integrity quality and ethics. Recognition by senior management when due.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My team is open-minded, knowledgeable and very much collaborative. I think we see each other as equal contributors to success which bring great satisfaction at the end of each working day.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I do not think that I am undervalued in a sense when I communicate with my team members or managers/leadership, but it would be good to see other signs of recognising my commitment, contributions and work, through promotions and salary increase. Like many others, we see regularly recognised.
