They're collaboration, team work and how we move forward as one group in LS

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel operational people are not valued equally to technically people. Even if we work just as hard and on the same level as our technical counterparts.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We work towards one goal in LS and help each other on the way in good and tough times. However, the culture external to LS is not positive and puts more strain on our team.
