I enjoy working here and have met some great colleagues. However, I feel there are always resource constraints in the healthcare division and there is no one to support development for our NHS customers, making client facing roles challenging

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is very hard working yet can have a laugh when times are tough ... this is important as I find the people I work with are often stressed and under pressure. Even when under this pressure everyone keeps going and enjoys the company of their colleagues
