Appreciate the diversity of people's background and nurture and cultivate team members that do not necessarily look like them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
New members of the team have entered with far less experience but higher salaries. Promotions came along which are brilliant, but they took far too long to be implemented.
