Very remote. I love the freedom of being able to work remotely and I think we asa company are very good at it. It will be great to see people in person for a chat at some point.

The boss; colleagues mostly open and supportive which is very important in a high-pressure environment.

They are quite down to earth and quick to make decisions, which is very helpful. They seem to have fun running the business.
