I haven't met them yet, so I can't honestly say. Though I see they are leading in a positive direction for the company. A call or interaction from leadership would be a good idea to build invested relationships with the regular employee.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My health insurance has a huge deductible and I can't use my insurance this year at all because of that. I wish I was advised individually on how/what to enroll for regarding health insurance. Comp is okay. The workplace should be more interactive and inclusive. Work/Meetings with no relationships.

Inclusivity, very open, can ask anyone anything - no ego. It's also a very kind and caring culture.

Promotions from the inside and messaging from top leadership that there is security in our positions at the company. Also, helping others in the tech industry and being on the cutting edge of tech is a fun position to be in.

Do amazing work for the World. Protecting the biggest and most important organisations in the World from the bad guys. On a micro level having the resources to operate to exceptional standards.
