Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Recently I noticed I'm doing the work of two people and my coworkers are coming in late and leaving early. It would be nice to have this acknowledged on occasion, but I raised this point with my manager and she took my comments seriously and fought for an increase which I didn't expect so soon.
