    Recently I noticed I'm doing the work of two people and my coworkers are coming in late and leaving early. It would be nice to have this acknowledged on occasion, but I raised this point with my manager and she took my comments seriously and fought for an increase which I didn't expect so soon.

    I feel slightly undervalued due to other offers brought to my attention from job seekers in regards to salary. I have stayed because I really enjoy this company.
