What needs to change to make the company culture better?
we don't need someone to tell us how awesome our TAM is. we need someone to be real, honest, and authentic in the way in which the USM rollout has poorly impacted customers and employees. to this day, there is no clear expectation of how USM is supposed to work, poor reporting, misaligned details.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
USM improvements: -provied clear reporting on effective usage period vs usage period - allowing admins to control when a user becomes a member vs having the user go to the sheet owner to request access???? -creating a new user type that restricts increase of provisional usage needmorecharacters
