Transparent in their communication. All executives participate in New Employee Orientation and aim to clearly deliver what they expect of themselves and what they expect of the team.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

we don't need someone to tell us how awesome our TAM is. we need someone to be real, honest, and authentic in the way in which the USM rollout has poorly impacted customers and employees. to this day, there is no clear expectation of how USM is supposed to work, poor reporting, misaligned details.
