Market shows a much higher value for salaries at other companies. New hires are getting higher starting salaries but not existing employees.

Family units that are capable and also willing to be there for anyone in a struggle, success and long term projects.

Speaking candidly with a group of people around the globe. Got a feel for each area, multiple technology towers and heard the good and bad from multiple sources.
