
They use punishment not reward, constantly call and check on you, the work environment can only be described in one word: hostile.
The ground level employees are working fairly well there, but there s a significant number of employees who are disgruntled or feel mislead by punishment
The online and over the phone customer service actively hangs up on and gives VERY negative impressions to the customers. Multiple customers have come into the store to leave sprint exclusively because of an interaction with customer support.
Though it is true most companies have a distance between upper management and store level- but that gap has never been more evident to me than it is with sprint. The high level management has no idea what the customers actually want, or what it's like to be a normal ground level employee
