What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The Friday morning meetings are entirely useless. Waste of time for everyone involved, particularly those who would not otherwise be scheduled for that morning.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
CEO Marcelo Claure seems to be relatively transparent with how he runs the company. He communicates well, and explains the reasoning behind major corporate decisions to everyone.
What makes you most happy at work?
My teammates are fantastic. Our manager has put together a team of people who enjoy being around each other, so most days at work are pretty pleasant.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Obviously every store is different, and the day-to-day experience and store culture largely depend on the leadership in that location. That being said, my store manager and assistant store manager do a great job promoting a positive environment, and making sure that employees are treated fairly.
