Needs to sweep Upper level management, from DM, directors, and RP. Still don't understand why sprint spends so much money paying retail Region presidents. Money that could be used to better our garage network
Making it fun and exciting place to work that I remember sprint to be.Leadership apply a lot of micromanaging, pressure on sales that is stressful.They lack vision and answers and hiring aggressive Verizon directors and RP isn't the answer. Too many sales metrics and unrealistic expectations.
