Most of my coworkers our understanding and have my back

The higher-ups in the company need to understand that as sales reps we know what we're doing and need to stop micromanaging us

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Not micromanaging. I have worked in many sales positions. We are given the tools to make our own success. We should be allowed to decide which of those tools we should use. We should not be forced to use every tool that we are given. Some of the tools slowdown the sales process, frustrate customers
